The Internship
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will support our marketing team in attracting, converting, and retaining customers. You will contribute to campaigns, analyses, and experiments that directly impact the growth of our brands across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
You will have plenty of freedom to contribute ideas for new growth opportunities, marketing channels, and optimizations. At the same time, you will work with modern marketing software, CRM systems, dashboards, and AI tools that are used daily within our organization.
What You Will Do
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online campaigns
- Assist with lead generation campaigns
- Analyze marketing data and dashboards
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Research new growth opportunities and marketing channels
- Use AI tools for analysis, automation, and campaign optimization
- Contribute ideas for new experiments and growth strategies

De stage
Als Growth Marketing Stagiair(e) ondersteun je ons marketingteam bij het aantrekken, converteren en behouden van klanten. Je werkt mee aan campagnes, analyses en experimenten die direct bijdragen aan de groei van onze merken in Nederland, België en Duitsland.
Je krijgt veel vrijheid om mee te denken over nieuwe groeikansen, marketingkanalen en optimalisaties. Daarbij werk je met moderne marketingsoftware, CRM-systemen, dashboards en AI-tools die dagelijks worden ingezet binnen onze organisatie.
Wat je gaat doen
- Ondersteunen bij Meta Ads, Google Ads en andere online campagnes.
- Meewerken aan leadgeneratiecampagnes.
- Analyseren van marketingdata en dashboards.
- Ondersteunen bij A/B-testen en conversieoptimalisatie.
- Werken met CRM- en marketing automation tools.
- Onderzoeken van nieuwe groeikansen en marketingkanalen.
- Werken met AI-tools voor analyses, automatisering en campagneoptimalisatie.
- Meedenken over nieuwe experimenten en groeistrategieën.
